Pneumatic Clutch & Brake Combination Unit

Intricately designed for high-speed, high-cyclic, heavy-duty industrial presses. Features a pneumatic-actuated clutch combined with a heavy spring-applied disc brake. When pressurized with compressed air, the piston moves against the brake springs to release the brake disc and smoothly clamp the clutch disc to transmit full driving torque to the shaft. When air is exhausted, heavy-duty springs instantly clamp the brake disc, achieving rapid start/stop within 50-150 ms and entirely eliminating clutch/brake overlap.
