Hydraulic Overload Protector for Power Press

Equipped in mechanical press machines to continuously monitor and safeguard hydraulic cylinder pressure inside the slider. In the event of an overload, the hydraulic cylinder pressure is instantly released within 3 milliseconds (3/1000 sec). The limit switch simultaneously sends a trip signal to halt the press, preventing catastrophic die damage and press frame cracking. Once overload is cleared, the integrated air-driven hydraulic pump automatically restores normal operating pressure.
